Sequel bombed, Dwayne Johnson poisoned the well, and frankly Billy's mortal younger self is an ongoing filming complication that they might as well just leave be. Only way Shazam will be in the DCU is if we never see his kid form, and regulated to side character. Aquaman is probably fine, but I don't know if he'll ever get another solo film.

He nailed the performance on exactly why Jesus has every reason to be disappointed with us in a similar fashion.
