The artist in question is Mossacannibalis, an artist who typically does historical/fantasy/meme arts who got into controversy recently as some people found an old art of his about guro, but it contains a sensitive topic on it which made people go nuts about it.
This is for the anons who would like to know his response, as there were previous threads about the topic here in the board before.
If any mod says this topic isn't allowed here, i'd gladly delete it.

Basically this gook mossa gains a large fanbase through his Warhammer 40k, Warhammer Fantasy, and history art. Some of his art is kind of edgy but it’s Warhammer or history so it’s fine. Then he starts making stranger things like the emperor in 40k as a young boy in Anatolia or random one off guro art.

People then discover in the past he’s made straight up loli guro art, vore, cannibalism all with lolis. This was the first controversy which rightwingers on twitter went to defend him. The second controversy now is that people figured out he made art tracing an actual murder of a little girl
