Gwen Tennyson has been portrayed at basically every major age bracket of her life. her original 10 year old look and outfit is by far the most iconic. When it comes to aged up fanart of a lewd or cheesecakey variety many artists tend to just make their own design more closely based on the original art style version of Gwen instead of Adult Gwendolyn from the Ben 10K episodes or Teen Gwen the UAF/Omniverse Eras. Besides aesthetic preferences I chalk it up to ignorance as many people are just secondaries that just draw Gwen because she's popular and well known instead of any actual series knowledge, with extreme lore/dialogue fumbles like thinking she's Ben's sister or Grandpa Max's niece or fooling themselves into thinking she's some kind of bratty little tomboy minx when she's actually a goody two shoes preppy know-it-all. Either way all forms of Gwen need love.

1. Why did Skottie sideline Duncan so hard after Revival #10 anyway? He does not appear and I don't think he is mentioned at all for the rest of the second run, and what makes it so jarring is that #11 follows immediately after #10 where Duncan was vital for Cloudia to travel to the real world.
2. I think nuGert fails for 2 reasons
a. The second run sold itself on the premise of Gert now being an adult and returning to Fairyland, with a tag like "The Hate returns", and a main cover by Skottie young with Adult Gert front and center, and the other Skottie Young covers for volume 5 being the main covers. When nuGert replaces Gert it feels so pointless, and it does not help that pretty much by that point onwards (Revival #6, nuGert kills adult Gert at the end of #7) Skottie did not do any cover except for a TWD 20th anniversary variant cover until Happy End Game, and even then, he only did the main cover for part 1, the rest are variant covers.
b. nuGert adds nothing to the series, nothing about nuGert is unique, she is just kid Gert from some point between Volume 1 #11-16, Why not just have her be a Gert who timeline wise is from before issue #1 who now has to adapt to a status quo she is completely unaware of? Like only one story (The return of the Gertlings) does mention that she and Adult Gert are different characters.

My best guess is that Skottie found him hard to write/too OP/he lost interest/wanted to subvert expectations, it's kind of sad since aside from TPB Volume 1 (Before his introduction), Duncan had a role in every TPB of the series (Vol 2 is his introduction, Vol 3 has him as the Labyrinth's guardian, Vol 4 has him as the one who convinces the council to get Gert back to fight Cloudia, Untold tales has many short stories with him in a prominent role, now that I think about it, it's kind of weird that aside from Fairy Road, Happy is never seen or directly/indirectly mentioned at any point in untold tales, Vol 5 has him in a flashback, and Vol 6 has him help nuGert escape Fairyland).
