How come Teen Titans Go is still on the air when it's universally regarded as one of the worst cartoons of all time and hated by many?

Teen Titans Go would have been better if there were a non-stop subway surfers gameplay stream right below it

Cause it's actually entertaining and enjoyable.

It's only regarded as such by Steven Universe fans whose opinions haven't mattered since their existence began.

because preschoolers and 6-12 year old boys like it and parents probably prefer letting their kids watch TV over watching YouTube

Not really

Because your point of view is only harbored by people who like the 2003 Teen Titans, which, by the way, is cringe psudo-anime trash.

It literally makes a LOT of money and like it or not it's straight up one of the most successful shows the network ever had.
The kids watch it and they have been doing so for the past decade.

SPBP OP is either too young to remember Kids next door or unironically bought comic books back in the day thus gets no bitches. As much as I love tasting his delicious tears, I don't know why he keeps making the same thread.

It is the only cartoon on the air that knows that kids wanna see cool looking, well designed characters doing funny things and telling jokes and not some Californian art graduate’s softboy thinkpiece about why crying is okay.

Maybe they just need to introduce new characters from cartoons that have been cancelled....

So what are the actual view numbers for this supposedly super unpopular/popular show?

nobody watches tv except boomers now.
it's all streaming.

So why is the network performing so badly to the point where Adult Swim now starts at 5pm? Why is the new Gumball series premiering on Disney +? I never see any standout reports that show TTG doing well and just from looking at ratings its more of a captain of a sinking ship

He said TTG is profitable, not Cartoon Network.

TTG profitable would sustain the Network retard. When SpongeBob hit it big it greatly contributed to Nick's growth as a brand and made Viacom's profit soar there's o reports of TTG doing the same thing because CN is doing badly and WB is also doing badly so its not profitable

If TTG was profitable why is the Network failing?

Cute designs and merch sales, that's pretty much it. Being the top show in a dying channel isn't the own TTG fans think it is to Teen Titans. The OG averaged around 600,000 in viewership on episode premieres back in the 2000s and the ENTIRE channel only has a daily viewership of 60k ~ 150k in the past years. Being a cheap show with okay/solid viewership and merchandise sales is much more safe for execs than a show that has high viewership but costs a shitton to make and has merchandising complications (see the big change from Bandai to Mattel for CN work in 2006 while Bandai was contracted to be the sole merchandiser for TT).
