Of course - but then again, I don't consider your 5 Superman stories be be the "truly iconic" ones for him and "Court of Owls" isn't iconic, at least not top 5 worthy, and TDKR and TKJ are iconic in the same way that The White House is known for being White and for some people that's their entire chain of knowledge about the fucking building, or The Statue of Liberty was given by France (etc.), or anything equally simplistic and Basic Bitch.

There's the reason. These guys in their prime wrote good comics with Superman and Batman. Miller lost his marbles after 9/11, Moore quit DC proper in the late 80s/early 90s, Morrison lost his mojo in the mid 2010s, and Loeb was never the same after his son died in 2005.
