We're scared of liking it for fear of it ending up like Rick and Morty. It's too good, and we're afraid it's going to fail us. I think the worse part is people acting like the show is some intellectual grand statement when they don't know the real meaning of the things they are criticizing, it was like going back to the 2000's watching all the retarded atheists criticizing "religion" because they did not like american christian but knew absolute nothing else about the topic either, on a micro scale, and how weak season 2 was also did not help.

I'm glad the people behind the show decided to wait a bit before season 3 and try to think of good funny jokes instead of shitting out anything because god damn it was bad, and watching the fans acting like the minor amount of continuity that kinda really ruined the show tone a bit was the second coming of christ of world building made me cringe so hard.

I'm reference the endless threads that sparked part of the annoyance I see some anons having towards the show. I really don't think the show tries to be anything outside some fun dumb show with jokes. if it does tries to have a deeper message it does a really poor job at being taken seriously for it.

Part of me also suspects a lot of those threads also were artificially created to see if they could bait anons in to disliking the show. for whatever reason. I really don't care about the motivations, just the constant spam of the topic trough several weeks annoyed me some.
