Why does Superman job to humans with kryptonite anyway? He's almost as fast as the flash. He could easily lop batkek or Luthor's head off or at least destroy the crystal with heat vision.

Yeah, Heroes is a shit place to pull feats from since it will consistently mess with powerscale to make for a more "interesting/iconic" scenario. It has interesting concepts though.
