In this arc the run's mysterious 3rd wall breaking villain has attacked Nightwing's 5th dimensional fanboy and turned Titans Tower into a corrupted and hostile fantasy land called Titanis filled with characters based on Dick Grayson's life. He's partnered up with Van-Zee, he's being attacked by Deathwing and the proto-Robin costume designs he created as a kid. It's this clever metafictional tribute to Nightwing as a concept. It feels like something Waid and Morrison would have put together. It's capekino.
