It would be like taking Bigfoot or an alien in.
I'm not saying they should be let go or thrown in without some process, but a court case would be ridiculous even if they could comprehend human speech and law. They're not legally bound to any of it anymore than we would theirs if they told us we're unwittingly on their territory.

Saki was influenced by the evil Dragon God.
