If people "support Superman" simply because a new movie is out regardless of its quality then there's no reason for directors and executives to involve people that would enforce quality control.

Superman 2025 is a good superman movie, though. Better than anything we've had for ages.

Yeah, but thats most because people are not willing to give it a chance after how fucking awful the DC movies have been for the last like 20 years. Don't blame the movie for the franchise being a floundering mess, this is still the best DC movie we have had in ages and it would be silly to pretend otherwise.
