Not in itself but while it may not necessarily lead to real crimes, being attracted to what is explicitly designed to depict an animal is a bit of a red flag and probably not a sign of mental wellness. We can argue semantics and split hairs all we want to justify it or explain how it's anything other than what it is, but fact of the matter is you're fetishizing a depiction of a feral animal with nowhere near human levels of intelligence, communication or expression and I hope for yours and the neighbor dog's sake that it stays on the 2d level.
