Miko is also a straight up mid functioning autist, in a cartoon it comes off as fun and quirky but IRL she'd seem like way more of a sped and her attitude wouldn't land nearly as much as it does in the show. For some that makes her even more attractive.

I commend you for your persistence, and considering Glitch Techs was a Nick show fart jokes wouldn't even stand out that much, Miko could've had plenty of fart scenes under the guise of "She's not like the other girls" moments. Or by simply having a Glitch emerge from a crude game similar to the Shrek Games, Boogerman or Conker's Bad Furday where the power ups and mechanics include burping and farting so if the Writers want to preserve some of the lesser ladylike traits Miko has she can just do them out of plot necessity.
