Batman: TAS, The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries and Superman: TAS (as well as the cell episodes of Batman Beyond) were all remastered from the 35MM negatives and Batman and Superman (and Batman Beyond) all got Blu-Ray releases that are in 1080p with 4K scans of the 35MM filmstock for a future 4K Blu-Ray release.

Warner Bros would be the ones paying for the remaster and they remastered far more obscured Hanna Barbera shows for Blu-Ray, Tiny Toons would be much more in demand for a Blu-Ray release then Wait Till Your Farther Gets Home.

Honestly the issue with this show has more to do with the way jokes are crafted and how characters are written. Plucky as a pretentious dick works but I honestly feel like I'd push it further. Babs is too much of a typical "girl". In the original show she was a zany, fast talking wacko. Sweetie going for this punk rock feminist interpretation is...a choice but honestly there's just something missing. Maybe she just needs to be loonier. Also superficially I would add WAY more Fifi and Shirley. I like the idea of Shirley being the RA. Fifi being a cheesy theatre student works for me too. Just use them more. Most of the issues with the show is they don't push the characters nearly far enough.

Looniversity has undone a lot of things for Babs. She was the first female toon that was on par with typical protagonists. Broke the mold on her. They did get some interesting things going on but never got the chance to go into. I was interested to see a dybamic more with Sweetie and Furrball when they revealed they're friends. Fifi was too bland but Shirly was a waste of potential. She was the only one with chill when everyone else was too high strung. Plucky is another wasted potential. He is competent and apparently rich but it rarely comes up. There's a lot of back story there but the show never got around to it. I also thought they were gonna form a bond with Babs and Plucky because she's the only one that admitted she liked his company which was something even Hampton never said.

TTA had toon lore. Toons don't die as long as people remember them. Did someone wanted to wipe the original cast? What about reboot lore? What happens if a toon is rebooted? Does the old and new versions exist together or is old one erased? For example: The Loony Tunes characters are consistent faculty in both TTA and TTL but their students were rebooted. Do the faculty remember 2 sets of the same students? Lots of story to explore there.

I'm really having trouble understanding what you are trying to say here.

Take a step back and look at the technical skill the artist has. He draws the faces like 1:1 how TMS drew them. They are expressive and spot on. He can do smaller more on model bodies, but doesn't do them every time.
If you checked his Twitter he can style match several different shows. Do you know how hard that is to do? It takes years of drawing to be able to do that. I once was fooled by a drawing he did of Penny that I legit (with the combined VHS/NTSC effects) was a legit screenshot.
The thing about Mex0n37 is that I only discovered his artwork like two years ago, but given his skill level he musta been drawing for a long time before that. I'm just surprised he wasn't on 4chan earlier, or that I discovered his artwork online years before, you'd expect an art archive of his stuff from from like ten years ago, maybe some old FA account. Different parts out of order? Mostly based on frame amounts, per scene. Got spreadsheet/shot list and everything, and knock a little bit more out every day.
Started small, like 20-30 frames as practice, gradually working up to longer 100-200 frame shots. Sort of been ramping it up like a marathon runner. Building muscle memory, and stamina. And streamlining process more and more as i go along.
Still run across things like minor tweaks, and corrections even during the "cleanup" ink and paint phase I'm currently in.
But I'm just one guy, with a day job, doing this in my spare evening hours. Mostly for fun, and knowledge and learning experience.

I'm not that guy. But I made that gen using Stable Diffusion and Pony. If you search for Fifi la fume on CivitAI you'll find the image and the prompt in no time. (And also, I'll need to review the Babs LoRAs to see if they are decent. Making a GOOD LoRA is harder than it reads)

Now, to take that gen to gen it with my NEW 2.0 lora... hell yeah it was worth the nights.

After the emptiness that was the 80's cartoon scene, I don't blame them. It was nightmarish to be an animator/cartoonish during the Toy show era. That aside, Tiny Toons was just following the executive decisions at the time. They didn't think kids could associate with adult cartoon characters for some reason.
