First season is a little slow. The show hits its stride in seasons two and three. Then it falls apart in the final two seasons. Chaos Theory is just as good as seasons 2 and 3 though, maybe even better.

First three seasons were alright. Nothing really groundbreaking. Just your average paint by numbers made for Netflix animated series. Things went sideways in the last two seasons but I heard good things about the sequel series Chaos Theory.

I found Chaos Theory more annoying about the drama between the two dyke girls.
But Ben got himself a 10/10 Italian girlfriend and he grew up taller than most of the group.

Do any of the characters die? It's what I hate most about the Jurassic Park films. None of the actual characters die, just side characters or the cartoon villain.

I weirdly love it. Something about the kids stuck on dino island plot just really worked for me
…at least, the first three seasons did. 4 and 5 were bigger mistakes than E750
Chaos Theory is ok. It feels more perfunctory now that their trilogy’s timeline is over and they’ve moved to the Rebirth shit but I still like it

It happens in the season 4 finale

everyone guilt trips him about how they are all exhausted by constantly sacrificing their way home and having to live with their lives in constant danger just to help dinosaurs, so he volunteers to do a solo mission to break in to an office that has a satellite phone and a dinosaur control console

Darius briefly stops some dinosaurs from fighting to the death but then he spots the phone and barely hesitates to leave them if it means he can get the phone and get his friends home

But without him on the console the dinosaurs start fighting again, and the other kids are outside watching the fight in horror wondering why Darius isn't stopping the bloodbath/spoiler]

Not as stupid as Fallen Kingdom and not as lame as Dominion
Though it has all the makings of something that will be forgotten soon just like the dinosaurs

The apt comparison is in the movie with the lethargic sauropod suffocating and collapsing upon itself
The movie had absolutely no spice, not even just by really getting on my nerves like FK and Dominion
Except for them breaking out the OG brass section for absolutely fucking nothing, that made me pretty mad for a minute, lol

>>149457222
I can’t agree that Chaos Theory gets as good as the third season of the prior series. There’s this unshakeable feeling of CT always being too boxed in by the movies, forced to sprint to be there in the background of setpiece moments
It worked fine for the first season of CC but by the time they started replaying the opening of Fallen Kingdom I was kinda over it

I know the frame I posted is from Camp Cretaceous S5, but I think CT(Chaos Theory was a lot darker as a whole) I binged watched Chaos Theory before re-watching Dominion to get ready for Rebirth. (I just wanted to post a reminder of the T-rex getting cuck again by the Spino from JPIII)
