Sort of. He put out a book that's almost entirely reprinted stuff from the original Archie 25 Years Later storyline, then a few new pages at the end to set up the new timeline.
Ken's basic problem throughout all of this was that he never actually wanted to do this. He overestimated how important his stuff was to Archie and thought that by threatening to pull his characters and make his own comics that they'd beg him to let them use his stuff and offer him substantial royalties. Winning the court case backfired badly on him because not only did Archie reorganize the book to remove all of his characters, but now the only way he was going to make money on this was to make his own story. He's spent the last decade and a half dragging his feet on this purely to save face.
