On the other hand, Gyro Gearloose canonically has human feet too. He's a chicken instead of a duck but he's part of the same universe. He also normally wears trousers instead of going without them like Donald or Scrooge. He doesn't appear to have tail feathers like the others. Because of the precedent set by Gyro, I suppose it's possible for a bird in Disney's duck comics to have a humanoid torso with human feet.
(I always found Gyro's legs similarly unsettling, though.
