IDW implemented a reverse stock split 2 weeks ago.

It is exchanging 100 stocks from people in exchange for 1 stock worth the same amount. IDW is doing this to make the company look like it is worth more.

Desperate companies do this so their stock looks less pitiful. It's a fleeting psychological effect that makes their stock look like it's doing better, even though nothing has changed.
