The Owl House is mid as fuck.

There's little to no worldbuilding, Belos is a 1D witch hater that constantly sits on his ass until the plot needs him, Luz is a brat, Amity loses all her interesting qualities after becoming her girlfriend, and there's no stakes until near the end.

The HTTYD movies drop in quality from movie to movie. The first one is great, the second one is good/fine and the third one is mediocre.

I really dislike majority of dragon designs they just look incredibly goofy and remind me of some retarded muppets. Films not having ANY focus on supporting kids feels like a huge wasted oppurtunity and film 2-3 feel like rethreading too much of same grounds. Hiccups'a mom deserves some sort of worst mom reward and Astris is just there to be an eye candy and a support but brings nothing to the stories herself. Hiccup is not interesting enough or charismatic enough to carry sequels and doesn't feel lile he's growing that much.
At some point it feels like they just fly around Berg, discover some.dragon location and fight big bad and that's basically it.
I would say these movies are just pretty mediocre

The shared universes in superhero comics are mostly shit and most of the major Big 2 two characters would be better off if they weren't part of them
