I was thinking about doing it in all subtitles for this reason too, but also it's an experimental film. So I went balls to the wall on the AI and did the AI voices as best as I could for the sake of going full AI.

Yep was trying to be nice. Between the voices sounding way off, the faces and hair shifting dramatically (Though Tina with long hair is a good look) only to culminate in the stripper scene where they looked really bad. Again captions it'd work a lot better.

This isn't to say your bad at creating its to say AI is bad at creating and this might seem harsh but if it wants to be treated like a real artist then its going to face criticism like a real artist.

I hope you don't take my criticism as a reflection of your skill I very much separate your idea from what the ai was able to generate.

And oh God I could NOT get tina and louise to face away during the dance scene. I have like a dozen, actually pretty good, gens where tina turns around and is this smoking hot Chinese girl. I was going to just clip out the small portion of each clip where she's still facing away but it looked way worse jump cutting rapidly. I settled on the 2 least agregious turn arounds.
I think, if someone were to do this much more seriously, the strategy isn't to generate whole scene clips but generate animation assets. Like generate a character with a transparent background and composite them with other characters and props. There's also alot more you can do now to stabilize character designs that I didnt implement.

Well I might consider other mediums you could check newgrounds and reddit for people willing to do the voice work, writing something up and using the images for captions would allow you to make something cleaner and longer. Well I stopped doing them forever ago. Last one I did was 20 days ago and I never posted it. Anyone can do what I did. Just grab a bunch of screens on your own and edit them however you want.
