Ok, so in the CollegeHumor sketch, two guys are watching a girl to prove if girls fart (and burp) or not.
At one point, the girl goes into a stall, but she gets taken underground to some weird mechanical chamber. She burps and farts (while naked, but it's blurred) and some weird blue liquid comes out.
She finishes and comes out, and the boys never find out her secret.

Anyway, the plot of the made-up episode would be South Park's typical both-sides thing, where feminism gets kinda shitty when taken too far.
Also one of the boys gets a fart fetish from it.
