Definitely one of the show's highlights, I am amazed they managed to get that past the censorship team...

I loved the style and the idea. The show needed some kind of antagonist, but these kids were cunts. i also hated the fact that not only did they change his voice in season 2, but they also redubbed season 1 as well and a lot of the original airings are lost media now.

Society was the antagonist towards Robot Jones anon. How the fuck did you not understand that? Literally everyone had it in for him day one of school. You could barely call his friends """"friends"""" when they didn't really help him navigate through school social life. All the adults in charge did not care for his overachieving abilities because it mad them look incompetent by comparison.

finished watching this show for the first time last week. art style was dope and i liked robot friends and his family (based grandpa) but unless you knew about the planned ending the show could get infuriating to watch. I don't think that means it couldn't have worked, shows like IZ work just fine for instance but in RJ case the episodes just aren't as surreal or funny enough for people to ignore it and enjoy the ride. Still loved it though, too bad the show barely has a fandom beside the tumblr sexyman redesign
