Marvel has biblical God. He was one of the architects of the universe who argued for sapient life, and created Death as a compromise/appeasement to the others on the project as a limitation on life because they were scared of their potential.
But other than that he's an old man with some mental and family issues, phenomenal cosmic power he doesn't use much, and so on. Guy's had to be saved by Ghost Rider and Howard the Duck on separate occasions from attempts at creating a superior, more active and invested God who kind of...well usually the result is an insane megalomaniac.
The only religion he ever helped start was Zoroastrianism as a joke he played on somebody else, and he IS canonically Papa Legba though, probably as a way to help out his "daughter" in her duties, though it's not elaborated on so I'm guessing there.
Angels exist too yeah. They're the ones doing most of the work running Abrahamic Heaven but they don't really....show up or get involved too often. Also had to be bailed out by Ghost Rider at one point.
"The Devil" *probably* actually exists, but a lot of people try to pretend to be "The" Satan. There is canonically a Throne existing where all the Hell realms overlap belonging to him a few of them have tried to claim over the years but none have managed it. He's only *maybe* appeared like, all of once ever and that might have been a hallucination or someone else pretending to be him.
