the artstyle looks like shit because Amazon Prime is funneling all of their animation budget into Hazbin Hotel's furry rape scenes. Season 4 is going to be animated in google slides.

This is some rape scene tier retardation, Dinosaurus IS meant to appear for the first time right after Conquest, he just shows up once then becomes irrelevant until after the Viltrumite War which will clearly be the focus of this season either that or they'll extend that Hell arc for all of Season 4 if certain promo videos for the fifth one are anything to go by

I get the show is using Walker's artstyle instead of Ottley and I get the compromises need to make things work in animation but he looks good in pic related which is also done by Walker

I don't like that he doesn't have at least a smatttering of scales on his body or brow. Giving him nails instead of claws is also pretty lame.
