Think about this logically. Omega was basically rendered invalid at a young age due to her condition, and even with Charles' help, she was still constantly inundated with virtually all information, ever, at all times. Eventually she grew old and her body died, only living on through becoming the Omega Device.
But now? Now she has been given the body of a woman in the prime of her life, and Annie and Kat's actions have severed the incessant wall of information that had been bearing down on her nonstop for hundreds of years. She's free of her burden for the first time in her life, has a physical body once again, and knowing that Kat's a raunchy pervert, it's a teenage body raging with hormones. Omega basically got a fountain of youth situation, and can finally live a normal life that she never had. It's little wonder she's regressed to such a state and is living it up for all she can, while she can.
