Oh it was before that. The show was getting stale before Jon left, and the switch in co-hosts actually refreshed it a little.
It could never last though, with Arin dragging the show down. The only way it could have really worked is if they'd ditched Arin, and had the show be Danny and Jon.
What baffles me though, is that Arin took an improv course, and presumably spent a not insignificant amount of money on it, and got less funny. Like, he could use the episodes after his improv classes as proof that he is owed a refund.
