You can do a lot with just some tiny changes. Not just different subject or artstyle, but face expression,clothes, colors, lightsources, viewpoint...

It can do some popular characters and styles out of the box fine, even though it can be more prone to slopping finer details without a lora. Also for /co/, they need to be really popular. While performing this test, it couldn't do Invisible Woman reliably for example.
Also, I am not 100% sure about v3, haven't tested it too much yet, it doesn't play nicely with some of the 3d styles if those are your thing.
