It's really not that rar,e considering characters getting tied up and gagged is a PG-friendly way of adding a threat to any movie or show, regardless of age rating

It's just that, for obvious reasons, the priority for these people is not to fill their kids stories with their blatant fetishes, but to tell them the way they need it. But there still are cases, even recently, if you look for them.
