Gunn's advantage is that he can make every character the way he writes them best now. We get an entire franchise of underdogs but I'm okay with that.

Making the next movie Zionist propaganda would do it since a lot of the good will for the movie is how it contained a metaphor for the Israel palestine conflict. Doubly so the change of Superman’s parents to wanting him to be a conquerer is also a metaphor for the American Jew rejecting Israel. It’s kind of crazy how much anti israeli sentiment is in this movie.

By Having a New Batman

Don't get me wrong, I love comics and fantastical elements of Batman. But Imagine MCU starting with Thor and having it's own Iron Man, rather than RDJ.

Let Matt Reeves make whatever he wants, just don't let him kill Batman. Gunn can push Batman against Fantastical elements in other franchise like Titans or Justice League. Let Matt start with Dick rather than damian. Nobody can bring same talent and fame like Pattinson. He's best for me after Keaton in terms portraying Batman. So I don't want a lame Batman with bunch of Bat family. And Jason Todd works well when he's introduced as Robin. Audience won't care about a Dead Robin coming back to life, because they never connected to him and Damian works when we know Batman never had a violent Robin.

I think Green Lantern is the right call. Wonder Woman gets free marketing because it will by default have a better actress than Gal Gadot. You’d have to actually put effort into making a worse Wonder Woman movie than 1984. I could see them having a either another green lantern or another lantern color in supergirl since it’s in space. Maybe they have a guy going after Lobo or something. I do feel like the green lantern movie needs more setup to get people interested.

Meh I still don't like Gunn's Superman movie. Anyone else? Simply didn't like it. And I hated Krypto because Warner is using him to get sympathy from idiot normies because of mascot bullshit. At least Rocket Racoon was a legit independent character this whole doggy woggy bullshit on the other hand is just shit. Weak Superman movie and I expect the sequels to perform poorer because that's the thing about reboots you can sucker people the first time but diminishing returns sets in with the sequels.

Make a Wonder Woman movie that REALLY blatantly on screen makes it clear that Wonder Woman is a FULL dedicated dyke because she comes from Dyke Island. I just wish the movie did not have Luthor. God Superman has other villains Braniac is due to a full theatrical treatment. They couldn't do Braniac back in the day due the special effects needed for him especially shrinking the City of Kandor but nowadays you can. So its a waste that yet again its Lex Luthor. I did like they basically folded Luthor and the tired old "Superman needs to fight a Superman clone at the climax" trope that's been a thing since Superman 2 into one. He fights not-yet-Bizarro, but it's Luthor and his startup feeding him fighting game inputs, it was neat to get both those things out of the way in a somewhat creative way.

The one I really wan to see is Volcana. Her story is how the American Government used her as a meta human guinea pig. And because of that she despises the US government. Superman is always shown as being a government lapdog so seeing Superman reject the government's authority to defend Volcana would improve his image but i don't want Gunn in charge because that man has a fetish for selecting ugly women Volcana no pun intended is meant to be a hot female. If she's mediocre looking I don't want her.

I think the odds of Brainiac or Bizarro are fairly high. I doubt Zod is in the plans since all it would do is rehash his parent’s message. You can kind of look at DC’s catalogue or characters and see who is likely for a James Gunn project. Like Granny Goodness seems like a character that James Gunn will definitely use.

I would love to see all those campy but deadly Jack Kirby gods as untouched from the comics as possible, which is Gunn's style. Basically not at all what Snyder did. STAS had the right idea of slowly introducing them meddling in Earth, with Kanto and Granny having their own rackets. It's already been done but Glorious Godfrey would be one of the easiest ones to inject in a modern movie. Just have the Gods of Apokolips starting shit on Earth as a lead up to Darkseid.

I don't think Supergirl will be an inexpensive movie, like Clayface. It will be at least three times that cost, or well over $150/160M - so in that respect, and I believe it won't do well (under $500M world wide, even if Krypto is in every scene, which he won't be given that it's Multiple Eisner Award Winner Tim King℠ script), but sadly I doubt it will fail.
Lobo will be enough to drag enough fans to front load it, just like First Step, enough DC fans will support it before it's out, and there are enough normies and casuals so that it won't be Madame Webb levels of sad.
Which is what we need for King to get pushed back out to government work. I'm sure ICE will still have plenty of budget to hire him and keep him in baseball caps since he won't invest in a decent pair of hair plugs.

There wasnt much goodwilld. All astroturfing, toys are already on clearance.

I already predicted they will add more Lobo to the Supergirl movie, and it became reality. It will be marketed as SG + Lobo movie to see if they can get the momoa bucks.

They will quietly cancel the obscure shit that wont sell, and focus on WW, Batmand and JL asap. This was clearly mandated by executives. Gunn wanted a "im a comic book nerd" structure. But they ran the numbers and now its Batman, WW and JL.

After Supergirl fails there will be an inside fight between the people that think putting Pattinson, the only character that is liked without astroturfing, in the DCU. But Reeves will have enough cards to defend his universe.

Then they will rush Infinite Crisis (which I assume was their initial 10 years plan since they cancelled the Tomorrowverse and removed a lot of important movies so you cant watch it on hbo max anymore). And finish the universe there. They will try to save face by saying this was always the plan.

spoiler: the next universe after that one will fail too. And the next.

If you want to put an end to the horrors you just have to give a single man 500m, yes, that man, and we can all move on. Its cheaper than the bots, the marketing, the toys unsold, etc.

They fuck up Batman.

Pattinson will obviously not fit in the DCU, and anyone arguing otherwise is blind.

I honestly think they need to go for a Danny O'Neil version of the character.
-Still has darkness, but a very human side as well
-Importance on detective skills and outthinking enemies
-Can get along well with other League members, despite being more reserved than the rest.

Superman did well enough to prove that the mainline heroes can sell at the BO, but not well enough that WB feels confident enough in the C-Listers that Gunn wants to push. It is unfortunate, but we are just going to run through the A listers for the most part again, and Gunn needs to steer these movies into success.

(What Gunn said is that if it goes to shit they will have to bring Pattinson even if Gunn doesnt want it, and its forced to bring him. Clearly the creative control is going to be reevaluated).

If the executives think Pattinson is the key to save the Gunnverse, Pattinson will be there. Reeves and Gunn cannot stop it. The only one that can stop is Pattinson.

I know it's probably not likely but I want to see what Gunn could do with Toyman. The other villains are rather obvious but I genuinely think that Toyman has potential to be Batman's Mr. Freeze. He's got a great gimmick as it is.

Yeah I loved the movie but that is objectively stupid.

2 main reasons.

1. Gunn gave "his notes" to Aquaman and Flash. Ivan Drago can testify they filmed a different movie. On top of they shuffling batmen around when Keaton was going to replace Baffleck. They had to rewrite the last act of Aquaman that included baffleck fighting in the deep ocean. By now you should know by hand the dialog and humor of Gunn so its easy to see what were his notes. Same in the flash. Batman cring with the lasso that he is a privilaged rich white male, is pure Gunn pseudointellectualism. Or Aquaman getting drunk at the end. He thought it was so funny he repeated the same scene with Supergil in Superman.

2. Gunn announcing before those movies released that the universe was ending without a conclusion.

Actually, it didn't. Its the only DCEU movie to make a profit since the first Aquaman and Shazam.

Could have done easily 800m if it had the original third act with baffleck and the moron of Gunn didnt spoil the universe was ending without conclusion.

Baffleck had a full third act filmed. Keaton was a cameo when they removed bafleck from the movie. Baffleck had a batsubmarine ship and underwater armor suit
