The film is basically just a Disney Channel movie with its shitty writing, aggressively girly designs, and forced trendy songs, literally gives off vibes of shit like Descendants and Zombies or whatever Disney Channel feeds to alphatards these days. The fakime artstyle is just what it hides behind in order to pander to anime and kpop tweens, and boom, now you got autists like the ones on here gooning to the girls.

All those kinds of online fans wouldn’t have been there if this film was in live action, it would’ve been seen by the masses as the slop it truly is. Fuck you all for supporting this trash, I’m glad more people on this board are waking up to how shit this alphaslop is.

I have still never seen anyone share a clip or even screenshot that isn't one of these incredibly-punchable faces. Is there actually anything else to this movie? This is why most western attempts at making anime look superficial, they fail to incorporate the western influence factor and instead just take anime at face value, causing it to look a little off compared to real anime.
