What you hate anon is all those things being done by writers who are indulgent and flanderize whatever they think "should" be in those genres.
Also your example isn't a good page for something I'd call like an action movie. It is well choreographed and paced but it's a shocking moment used for plot rather than what an action movie comic would be, which is like Cap vs. Batroc or Spidey vs. Juggernaut. The fight earlier in that comic I guess would be more what I think is what you're saying.
Anyway, you'd think comic book writers would want more action so they can breathe and do less work but then again they get paid to do the bare minimum with editors who don't do anything. So yeah comic book creators at the big 2 are parasites, what else is new since the past 10 years?

Well what I mean is having the right tone and emphasis and story beats. I like my melodrama, characters dying, humor pretty limited to cheesey one liners but not offsetting any inherent moodiness or threatening tones, self serious tone with improbable feats happening etc

I hate comics for people too "mature" for straight faced genre shit like Watchmen and The Boys. I hate Spider-Man comics where the villains have no kill count and are a side plot to the romance. I hate shit that resembles the MCU where it feels like a comedy parody of real comics. I hate comics where the drama or darkness is cut down by levity and optimism

I like comics like Watchmen and Foolkiller that are a more severe version of what you like. Kinda like a Scorsese/Schrader or Coen Bros movie vs a McTiernan or Cameron movie, though I enjoy both, the former stays with me more on top of being more entertaining.
I don't like comics like Identity Crisis and Tom King's comics. They don't do it right.
