I think you're getting confused with Zombie Drones and Solver hosts. The Zombie Drone phenomenon is related to how The Absolute Solver managed to manifest on the universe of Murder Drones, but not all Zombie Drones are Solver hosts. Being a host of the Solver is a seperate thing, and that's what leads to the eldritch horror and supernatural flesh growth shenanigans.
