Phoneposters took over. There's no more effortposting because phoneposters are the majority and drown out effortposters by sheer numbers, and it's harder to effortpost on a phone because it takes longer to type things and you can't see your text as easily or find images or edit the images etc etc. So naturally phoneposters write short and low effort posts that maybe have a soijak reaction image attached, because soijak reaction images can be chosen completely at random, so there's no need to find a reaction image that conveys the specific emotion you're going for when looking through images on your phone. This will only get worse and worse the more of the world gets access to cheap wireless internet, allowing them to go online with nothing but their crappy phone.
