Is this actually a good metric to quantify girlfailures? Do any /co/ characters meet this criteria?

Girlfailure is one of those terms like dadrock where it's completely lost all meaning and gets tossed around at anything the user wants, trying to codify it at this point simply isn't going to work.

I think you're confusing lust for love.
Love goes beyond just wanting to have sex with someone.
Liking someone for their hobbies, body, behaiour, etc. does not mean that you love them.
It might make them seem attractive enough for you to want to have sex with them, but that's a separate thing entirely.
When you love someone, you love them as a person; not their attributes.
And love isn't currency either. Love is freely given, or else it wouldn't be love.
