Within the context of the show it's not meant that Connie is saying "oh I'd like you for a husband but I wouldn't want to have sex with you". It's basically saying that Bobby is simply not the type of person who could have an ENM relationship without getting too attached to the girl. He's too nice and sentimental. We see this happen with the first girl he has sex with in the season when he gets all disappointed to find out it was just a one night stand.

It is explicitly spelled out in the season at least twice in the very dialogue that ENM relationships are a way to have sex with other people and not have emotional baggage or worry about jealousy. Someone who knows Bobbie as much as Connie would know he's not the type who could do such a thing without getting attached.

Later in the season we see Connie can't be in an ENM relationship either because when she's feeling all shitty at her parent's fake anniversary her boyfriend ends up wanting to leave her instead of comfort her. He is like "hey this wasn't supposed to require any emotional expectations from my side". She gets pissed at how selfish he is and immediately breaks up with him because it's clear he doesn't actually care about her. The season is showing how faulty the idea of ENM is and if you think it's promoting it instead you're instinctually getting offended without even bothering to figure out the super basics of what the show is laying out in front of you.

It was made super obvious this was the case in the episode.

However he's probably moving out now.

Hopefully this is a way to explain Khan leaving since his voice actor replacement was horrid and distracting. The season was clearly more interesting in showing us Minh since she showed up multiple times but Khan for only one episode.

I'm not the type to think that everyone should be chaste until marriage or whatever, having flings or shorter casual relationships is fun and good experience, but if I'm dating someone with the intention to stick with them for a lifetime I'd want them to at least find me attractive enough to feel infatuated. Having an emotional connection is obviously important and whatnot, but to deny that physical attraction is also a huge part of a good relationship is just cope.

Yeah I doubt it's the end of Khan's story entirely but like I said he barely showed up this season. Other relatively minor characters like Minh and Nancy were showing up all throughout the season even if it was just for minor interactions with the other characters. Even Ted Wassanasong had more of an ongoing presence in the show what with Bobby's restaurant.

I do genealogy as a hobby and in typically Western countries, most women historically had their first children in their early 20s. Some start earlier, but 18 is typically the earliest people will get married, not have their first child.
