has technology not progressed enough to where rigged animation doesn't have to look like this? I feel like I'm constantly seeing animation errors right of my peripheral

I didn't enjoy it, but I couldn't make it through the first episode and don't plan on watching the rest since it was actively unfunny.

It has, and not only has it done so they cost isn’t much more to do full hand drawn, they easily can
Realize they don’t want to because they want to waste money on vas and funnel it into their executive bonuses
i didn't watch the last season of the original series and i do not feel inclined to watch this new one. thank for taking the time to read this useless sample of my opinions with no bearing on your discussion. i look foward to similar co-opertion on your part in the future. that is all.
Can someone please explain to me Good Hank's age in this. Bobby was 12 originally, now he's 21. Good hank was a baby when Bobby was 12 so now he should be like 9, so why's he depicted as a teenager?

The timeline shift seems more like 12 years rather than 8-9. I'm guessing they just said it was the latter because they wanted Connie to be in college or some bullshit

By the start of the 2010s, computers have become more processed to the point where animation tools and technologies have become more enhanced and, dare I say, cheaper and lazier as time goes by, which explains the obvious motion tweening and why characters at times stand like puppets

It's frame by frame. Im hoping the lower budget was just a first 8 episode thing as a proof of concept and that it gets a larger budget next cycle. To be fair it does look better on a smaller 1080p TV. Makes the bad animation less noticeable. Lol feel bad for people watching this in 8k where they can see every single vector stroke in high detail.

This episode made me mad because by that point in the series Kahn and Minh actually chilled out some towards everyone. Now they're full on asshat mode

Im still confused why they divorced. Seems like a pointless conflict. Kahn former father in law probably died of happiness when they got divorced. Or maybe they got divorced because her father died and she just didnt feel it anymore with Kahn. Didn't she only date Kahn to piss her dad off? I guess it would make sense for her to kinda lose interst in Kahn after her father is gone. Still really fucked up when you think abiut what they went through together.

The point was that they wanted to look good in front of Ted Wassanasong since his son was dating Connie.

Lot of the later seasons of KOTH retconned earlier stuff like Cotton wanting to be flushed down a toilet and Luanne not ever meeting her father. >>149715483
Keep in mind that Mike Judge's involvement in KOTH practically stopped after season 5. I think this ending was him taking jabs of what he didn't like about the later seasons.

there's a few jokes that made me chuckle, but others made me keep a straight face, like this ain't your mama's king of the hill! also had the same shitty sound design as new episodes of the simpsons has.
