Watched this yesterday, and it's like a golden relic of when Youtube was actually fun. It's a relief that there's still people willing to put this level of effort in to shitposts without having to rely on AI.
And it's a good thing I watched it yesterday because I'm in the UK and holy fuck it has been blocked for copyright reasons now. This week really has been the best advertisement for VPNs.

What is the cut off point with what's "spam", advertizing etc? This video has over 100K views from a channel with 70K subscribers with plenty of high quality prior videos, so does sharing this new one they made count as spam?

Probably the same way all those anime abridged do it. They mask the mouth and then animate the lips within that mask by reusing mouth shapes from that same scene. I suppose it's harder the more the head moves and tilts, but any of them standing still and only moving their lips is really easy.
