Yeah, I always hear these guys who say they can't defend themselves even from a woman with a knife because something visceral in them feels disgust at having to hurt a woman. Then there's black and Spanish guys "I wouldn't like, HIT a hoe. Maybe I'd just grab them and hold them." Wow, so these geniuses will put themselves within prime stabbing or slashing range just to hold on to a woman who will probably stab or slash them a couple more times until they finally pin her arms, instead of just jabbing her out from a distance. not really, the ending is Felicia writing a letter to Spiderman while off on a cruise where she goes "Ha! I didn't really ove Foreigner either! I just fucked him to make you jealous!" which is a peak woman moment thing to do since it's unironically presented as if it should make you hate her LESS, when in reality it makes her actions even more despicable; had it been genuine love as the reason she dumped Peter for a villain that would still suck and be bad, but fucking a random guy you don't even like just to piss him off is even worse and is 10x as whorish.

I've seen this in other messy melodramas so it's not just a capeshit thing, where a woman actually acts like purposefully spreading her legs for somebody she doesn't even love purely out of spite to make a guy jealous is somehow LESS bad than if she had actually loved him. Like no you stupid slut at least if you actually loved him you could defend it as coming to the right ends by the wrong means and could have handled it better, if you're fucking somebody you don't even love just to spite your boyfriend that makes you a crazy whore not a romantic
