I used to know someone who bragged about running this guy off the internet. When I asked why they actually cared and what the guy did to deserve it they kind of just floundered and said he was weird so everyone wanted him gone also that he made goombas that weren't true to canon and that was somehow a travesty. The only argument most of those people had for actually doing it was "His goombas aren't canon accurate" which was a stupid non answer for why they tried to run a man off the internet is all I'm saying.
