I think if you make Mayday and Reilly's necks shorter than you'll have a set of well-proportioned figures. Other that that, these are better drawings than I ever could produce right now.

Also for any anons out there, the end of Reign is kinda ok but the true Dark Knight Returns pastiche story is whoever decides to make a true arc for the Last Stand suit that leads to issue 500's resolution for that timeline. I don't want it to be the definitive end for Spidey, just a cool AU. Also Azoinab makes pretty cool Spidey art, though some of their politics are cringe. But that doesn't matter too much.

It might help to add a shadow beneath her chin. I would say if you shave off a tiny bit of the neck overall, and then add a shadow underneath the chin, it would help. But then you might have to add feathering or whatever that inking effect is when they put lines underneath her boobs to make them look more round like in Ron Frenz art and to also keep the overall figure consistent as sometimes when you add shadow in one place the whole thing then looks off until you make it all consistent.
But yeah I'm no artist. One day I'll take a class or practice.
First off visualization and actually getting your hand fingers to move to make a line is probably the hardest part. You know that but I felt like saying that is what I can't imagine doing sometimes.
I think if I practice then I might be able to surmount that. Looking at stuff for me is the easy part and I can easily tell when stuff looks wrong.

Pic rel is probably THE poster I want. I mean that original Ditko poster is the holy grail but there's no way I'll find that. But yeah this Frenz poster is so kino.
Made me just think of some good commission ideas if I ever have the money. This poster but with the 80's side on the left and the 90's on the right, then the 90's on the left and the 00's on the right for another one.

Yeah I just wanted to mention that bit to let anons know if they saw that shit and got mad at me. His art is still really good and one of the few people I can see emulating Frank Miller's style while putting their own stamp on it and looking good as well. So yeah they are very competent at drawing. Usually you see people who emulate people like Mignola or others.
The Green Goblin pieces Azoinab did are also of the highest kino.
Pic rel is a Mike Zeck piece he did for a magazine or book. Either way, Zeck is probably my favorite of the painterly artists who did a scarce amount of work whether in paint or pencils. I'll try and find another 1 of a kind painted piece I'm thinking of.

Ah yes pic rel. It's on that Romitaman website. I forget the details on who the guy who runs that website is but he must be some rich guy. Anyway, yeah if you go to the website it was a piece Romita Sr. did for an auction in 1995. He free hand painted it for 2 months and it is the only one of its kind.
Probably the best one he could have selected. I get tired of 50 and this cover had the most varied colors and Spidey being triumphant as well as the more notable points of the run. Kind of a rarity for a hero to appear victorious on the cover considering comics across both companies would just pump out covers with villains menacing the hero or some drama taking place between characters yelling or a problem occurring. Nah, Romita said Spidey needs to look kino.

This is simply THE Spider-man image to me. The entire character feels summed up by this one image. I still think I prefer Ditko to Romita overall, but Romita truly understood the character
