Films need to be screened at theaters to even qualify for the Oscars.
Since Netflix doesn't tend to do that unless it's Oscar bait, this is providing the film the bare minimum to even qualify for the Oscar which it won't win cause Zootopia 2 already won it before the Academy season even started

I’m old enough to remember when K-Pop was just for faggots and little girls. Back then, that was the vibe. But over time, this industry blew up into a cultural beast with people of all ages and types get into it now. Me? I stayed stuck in my ancient view that K-Pop was still for faggots, pussies, weirdos and kids. Then I had to watch movie with my niece, and holy shit, it’s actually really fucking good. I’m pretty sure they used AI or some algorithm to nail every single thing that makes K-Pop appealing and packed it all into this movie, and it worked. The songs are legit good and clingy, basically that hip-hop and pop mix I always associate with K-Pop.

It’s kinda cringe to me though, seeing these super skinny little girls with colorful hair spitting badass, threatening lyrics like they could hurt someone, but whatever. The animation is so damn good it reminded me of Sailor Moon. That made it way easier for me to get past my disbelief and actually enjoy it.

So yeah, I still think K-Pop is for gays, faggots, and little girls, but this movie is great. If they make a sequel, I wouldn’t even mind. The songs are cool as hell.

Great, a fucking slop film is going to the Oscars now, K-Slop Demon Hunters is pure garbage, it’s written like a Disney Channel movie, the characters look like something out of a Disney Channel movie, yet you guys consume this slop cause it’s animated. It's an animated movie, when have any live action versions been good? It's good because of everything coming together all at once. The music, visuals, and story are all solid as hell. Notice how I didn't say that the plot was groundbreaking. It's emotional storytelling; its only goal is to make you feel the journey that the characters go through. Did you watch the whole film?
