Not sure about 40%, but 1/3 paternity tests comes out to them not being the father.
This however should not be taken as 1/3 children are raised by someone other than the real father, since there's usually suspicions already if someone is going to get one taken, which leads them to having a larger bias towards false fatherhood.

Her mom seems to be some normal American girl who lost faith in Christianity, but since raven's looks are partly based on an Indian actress i can understand the interpretation. She's also based on Cher, just a general "exotic" look.
