It made $389.7 million of a 200 million budget after 2 weeks
It profited

Wrong. You didn't add the marketing cost which is usually triple the "official" budget.

The difference is marketing costs usually come out of the studio's marketing budget instead of the film's alloted production budget.

and marketing is usually from sponsors too
If the movie is a flop is because the boxoffice is shared between the studio and the theaters.

This isn't how anything works, sister.
First of all, $200M was what they allegedly "paid" to make the film. Another $75-150M would have been spent across the planet to promote and advertise the movie and that is a cost that the studio eats. And this doesn't even cover that theaters take their cut, which can be up to 50% of the ticket price. FF hasn't even covered it's production costs as of today's date.

When Coca-Cola sells soda, it cost them say 10 cents to make the 12 ounce liquid they sell in a bottle or can for anywhere from $0.25 to $2.99 depending on which country in the planet. But that 10 cents doesn't cover the container, the money that the retail stores takes, the money spent shipping the bottles to the store, the taxes paid to the various governments, etc. If you think that Coke thinks they are making money because they can sell 10 cents worth of liquid to fat fucking Americans for $2.99 because that means $2.89 cents of profit, you should never be allowed out of your mom's basement because you are a complete and total idiot

IF?
Making $4.5M when Freakier Friday made 3X as much in one night is not an example of being a hit.

It was revealed that Disney lied about nu Wars' budget and Dr Strange 2's why wouldn't they lie yet again this time around?

Captain Marvel, Eternals, Fantastic Four. black Captain America, Ironheart, Secret Invasion, Thunderbolts, Kevin Feige proves that when he tries to rewrite Marvel the audience leaves, he doesn't talent for that, he thinks that 90% of the world are the modern audience

Honestly, I don't think there's a superhero fatigue, but Disney simply shattered the trust with very embarrassing outputs after Endgame. Both Fantastic Four and Thunderbolts will be profitable in the long run with streaming, but reality is that we finally reached a point where Hollywood budgets are no longer sustainable and if your movie isn't breaking a billion it's a flop. They should finally start scaling down to where 500 million box office is a major success.

yes, i heard disney will pay a lot of millions to disney for those movies. Fucking retard, they dont make money if they go to your own streaming site. Anyone who wants mahvel is already subbed, and everyone who doesnt want it, wont be subbing because "thunderbolts" is on disney plus.

Youtube and Amazon Prime rentals make a fuck ton of money from drunk, bored normies who throw whatever on the screen just to have something to watch and pay $5 - $20 because its a one-time payment rather than a subscription.

Source: my parents who have seen every MCU movie despite not even giving a fuck about superheroes or comics because they do this
