People should admit Thor was NEVER interesting. People “liked” Thor because he was attached to Loki or some other more important character(s). Thor’s just a background character in his own damn mythos to most Marvel fans. Every comic same story and unchanging, boring character. Loki has entered God Mode- both MCU and Comics he’s eons above Thor in power level and popularity, and Thor just tags along despite them claiming otherwise, marvel realizes this. No one would like Thor if not for Loki. Thats why the MCU separated Thor and Loki, notice how Loki is now the face and driving force of the MCU? Thats because people like Loki, they don’t give a fuck about Thor. Even in the comics Loki overpowers and overwrites Thor in interest. him. People are going to see Doomsday for Loki, people are reading Immortal Thor to see if Loki will appear, it’s never about Thor. Marvel doesn’t like him either. Thorfags are the most braindead people I’ve interacted with on this site and just can’t accept the fact that Thor has ZERO speed feats and a mountain of Ls in the death battle threads. Every time he shows up it’s to get his ass clapped, humiliated, or turned into a blithering retard. Marvel doesn’t love him. Marvel hates him. He’s a prop. A dumb one. the Sentinels raped him and NO ONE even remembered he was there. Every comic is him being destroyed.
There is no hope for Thor as a character in anything he’s in if Loki isn’t there.
