There's already much better Superman but edgy characters that exists.

it’s a slow and preachy mess. there’s so much boring content you have to sit through just for the final “epic twist” presumably involving Ras Al-Ghul that we need to be patient for (it won’t pay off)

Well, I think Batman and Wonder Woman are better told. Soupman constant perspectives is grating, and I feel Soup isn't as defined as Bruce and Diana.

I think the whole Absolute elseworld is ultimately hindered by the fact the return to the crossover darkseid shit that created rather than leaving it as it's own thing hangs over all of the work

the other thing being that too much was marketed as all knew all different but mostly samey in the end product

>A bit preachy without having much interesting to preach, this version of Superman hasn't really fully formed into the character he's gonna be yet. One of the weaker Absolute titles so far along with Flash and GL imo.
