To add to what the other guy did, Candy Rose specifically never told Kanaya about her and Jade's baby because she realised that she's inside an irrelevant universe and looked into the future where she gets shot by a bullet and put into a coma. In order to not have Kanaya waste her life by watching over Rose's vegetative self, Rose basically spent the next 10 years keeping up the lie so that their relationship would be ruined on purpose. That's one of Rose's main character flaws, seeing the bigger picture and getting there without regard for anyone's feelings in the present. Anyway, this plan backfired when Vriska gained her new upgrade which completely evades Rose's future sight and she prevented Rose from being shot. So right now Candy Rose is having a mental breakdown because she ruined her relationship with her wife for nothing

From what we know, Yiffy was one of the 3 "requirements" from Hussie for her HS^2 to exist, besides that he supposedly had no other input. As such, the future sight thing is just other people trying to cope and have the cucking thing make some sort of sense. HS^2 has had 3 fucking distinct teams at this point, not to mention the Epilogue writers. It is not a ship steering forward with any intent, it's a leaking paddleboat that's passed off to whoever's willing to pilot it again after it sinks.

It's ongoing, and relatively short as of now so it's a quick read. The characters are pretty good, while Renity (the ass haver) is my favorite in the comic overall I like the others as well. But also its kind of difficult because (cringe warning) I already did a sort of troll anatomy analysis based on what we were given in the text. I headcanon equius as FtM.
