It'd be a very weird choice to make Hal gay when, you know, part of the point of having Jo as a main character is that she's already bisexual.
I dunno man, I feel like the GL lore has enough gays for them to use, they don't need to turn Hal into one too.
Also, the fact that Carol is there at all made me assume they'll eventually do HalCarol, at least I hope they do.
