On Free Comic Book Day back in May. I bought my nephew Spider-man vs Godzilla because he's into those franchises and seven year olds these days need all the encouragement they can to read.

What was the comic all those Blue Lanterns got obliterated on? That was when I gave up on my comics phase. The cyclical nature of ideas of new writer, deconstructed by new writer to make less cool ideas that will be deconstructed by the next writer made me go back to Manga. Comics are burdened by the necessity of their Canon, as is any show that commits to lore for longer than one man's vision.

From something ongoing? Never.
I've bought a few old floppies over the years, though. Last time was earlier this year.
