A lot of classic or girl centric shows did, honesty anyone will tell you many things were lost the more corporate shows got. One being outfit and model changes, besides for a quick outfit or joke scene most characters rarely have more than 1-3 outfits.

But usually more teen-ish or shows girls liked as well
