Is Peak Human the best superpower? It's so vaguely define that they are capable of performing literal any superhuman feat despite only being a normal non-enhanced human.

They keep stretching the definition because the term doesn't really mean anything aside from "vaguely top human but a bit better." They kept calling Captain America peak human for decades despite doing things like catching falling trees and running more than twice as fast as the fastest humans ever recorded, so for the past twenty years or so they just stopped pretending because it just felt contrived.

Also, Doombots go from getting kicked to pieces by Black Widow to being able to manhandle Spider-Man and throw hands with Thing, they're jobbers like any other faceless henchmen, peak human bullshit has nothing to do with it.

Batman's been hit the hardest with that stick. The only other character I can think of that kind of powercreep through popularity is Wolverine, where he used to only be able to heal back from anything that most people can heal from, but at a faster rate, but a room full of goons shooting him was still a viable way of putting him down for good, to the current "can eat a face full of buckshot and get right back up a few minutes later right as rain" kind of shit, but at least he has the excuse of actually having a superpower while Batman is just BS all the way through.
