His problem is that he has it good. That's why he's a villain. I've had to deal with plenty of people that create drama simply because they're bored. Everything is good, but there's no drama in things going smoothly, so horrible people will usually start problems for no other reason than the sake of making things less boring. A shit-stirrer will take a good thing and ruins it for the fun of it, because they're bad people that don't know how to have fun in a way that's constructive, or at least harmless. Although in reality they mostly tend to be women.
